Planning Your Day with Danny
Ask Danny to allocate your tasks into real calendar time blocks based on your actual availability.
What it does
Danny looks at your task list and your Google Calendar, then schedules your most important tasks into free time slots. It creates calendar events for each task so you can see exactly when you'll work on what — including buffer time between items. You can ask Danny to plan today, tomorrow, or multiple days at once.
How to use it
- Make sure Google Calendar is connected — Danny needs your availability to plan.
- Open the chat panel.
- Type
plan my dayorplan tomorrow. - Danny reviews your tasks (considering priority, due dates, and estimates) and your free calendar slots.
- Danny proposes a schedule. Review the blocks and confirm.
Example
You type: plan my day
Danny responds:
"Here's your plan for today: 9:00–10:30 — Finish the client proposal (you have a meeting at 10:30). 12:00–1:00 — Code review. 2:00–2:30 — Email catch-up. Want me to add these to your calendar?"
Tips
- You can specify a date:
plan my Thursdayorplan the next three days. - If the proposed schedule doesn't work, say
"move the proposal to the afternoon"and Danny will adjust. - Danny adds a buffer between tasks by default. Ask
"can you add more breathing room between blocks"if you want more slack.
